Brain dumps often hold sensitive family information — your kids' names, schools, health appointments, money worries, and feelings. Please write only what you're comfortable storing.

What happens to what you write

• Your brain dumps and tasks are saved to your private account so they're there when you come back.
• Only you can see them when signed in. Other users cannot access your data.
• When you tap Sort my thoughts, your text is sent to an AI service to suggest tasks. It is processed to create your list and is not used to show you ads.
• Nothing is saved as a task until you review and approve it.
• When you stop a voice note, the audio is sent to an AI service to turn it into text. The app does not save the audio to your account. The recording stays on this page until you discard it or leave; you can edit the text before sorting and saving.
• You can delete any brain dump or task at any time.
